PICLAB v1.93 is a freeware bitmap image processing application for MS-DOS. The source is provided here, able to be compiled for any platform.
PICLAB can perform a wide variety of image processing operations, including sharpen, contrast, gamma, gray conversion, histogram, add, smooth, subtract, slip, average, expand, mirror, overlay, rescale, reverse, rotate, and other manipulations. PICLAB can save and read several file formats, including TGA, PPM, and GIF.
