Ulead Viewer v1.0 is a freeware (for personal use), professionally done file viewer for MS Windows.
Ulead Viewer supports MS Windows BMP, CGM, EPS (bitmap portion only), GIF, JPEG, Photo CD, PCX, TGA, TIFF, and WMF. Fully supports BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, TGA, and TIFF. It can read and save CGM, EPS, Photo CD, and WMF to other formats.
This package uses MS Windows 3.1-style conventions but works well under Windows 95. JPEG decoding to screen is particularly fast. What is unique is the seamless conversion of the metafile formats supported. And where else are you going to find a Photo CD converter for free? It installs quickly, and its promotional information is stashed discreetly in the help file. This is a nice little program from a company that knows what it's doing. If this was meant as a promotional item, they've certainly convinced us.
