PhotoLab v1.8 is publicly available image-processing software for MS Windows.
PhotoLab allows you to view and modify scanned or digitized images on a PC. It processes GIF, TIFF, Windows BMP, and Windows DIB format files. Images can be cropped, rotated, mirrored, flipped, resized, resampled, dithered, brightened, darkened, and more.
PhotoLab is in the directory
/software/pc/mswin31/photolab
on the CD-ROM. PhotoLab is from
